We will gladly process all of your dental claims. Please bring the necessary insurance information with you on your first visit. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Therefore, we ask that your portion be paid at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Financing is also available through Care Credit and Chase Health Advance; now offering interest free and extended payment plans.
