At About Smiles, we promote the integration of dental esthetics and function into the total spectrum of oral health care and provide knowledge by defining and implementing the highest artistic, scientific and ethical standards of dental care for our patients.

We believe that utilization of current and modern technology in our practice such as the intra-oral camera, and digital x-rays, will enable us to serve our patients better.

Dr. Calton is part of a new Annapolis tradition of dental comfort and care. She is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and has dedicated her professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. She is always educating herself and her staff on the newest techniques and advances in order to offer you state-of-the-art, personalized and comfortable dental care.

Dr. Calton takes 75 to 100 hours of advanced continuing education courses each year at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute. Her studies include, but are not limited to, aesthetic dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry and infection control. She is a member of such institutions as the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, the Anne Arundel County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation programs.
